The directors present their report to the members together with the audited fnancial statements of FEO Hospitality Trust
Management Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”) for the fnancial period from 30 April 2012 (date of incorporation) to 31 December 2012.

Arrangements to enable directors to acquire shares and debentures
Neither at the end of nor at any time during the fnancial period was the Company a party to any arrangement whose objects
are, or one of whose objects is, to enable the directors of the Company to acquire benefts by means of the acquisition of
shares or debentures of the Company or any other body corporate.
Directors’ interests in shares and debentures
No director who held offce at the end of the fnancial period had, interests in shares, share options, warrants or debentures
of the Company, or of related corporations, either at the date of incorporation, or date of appointment if later, or at the end
of the fnancial period.
Directors’ contractual benefits
Since the date of incorporation, no director of the Company has received or become entitled to receive a beneft by reason of
a contract made by the Company or a related corporation with the director, or with a frm of which the director is a member,
or with a company in which the director has a substantial fnancial interest, except that the directors served as directors or
employees of related corporations and received remuneration in that capacity from related corporation.
