(1) Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

As stated in the prospectus dated 16 August 2012 issued in connection with the initial public offering (the Offering) of Far East Hospitality Trust (the Prospectus), Golden Development Private Limited has granted an over-allotment option (the Over-Allotment Option) exercisable by DBS Bank Ltd (the Stabilising Manager) in consultation with the Joint Bookrunners (as defined in the Prospectus), to acquire from Golden Development Private Limited up to an aggregate of 65,873,000 Stapled Securities at the Offering Price (as defined in the Prospectus), solely to cover the over-allotment of Stapled Securities (if any), subject to any applicable laws and regulations.

Pursuant to the exercise of the Over-Allotment Option by the Stabilising Manager on 3 September 2012, the Stabilising Manager has ceased to have any deemed interest in the 65,873,000 Stapled Securities

(2) Increase in direct interest Stapled Securities

DBS Bank Ltd was allocated 592,000, Stapled Securities under the Placement Tranche. In a series of transactions on 27 August 2012 and 28 August 2012, DBS Bank Ltd purchased 404,000 Stapled Securities on the open market and transferred 8,000 Stapled Securities from its discretionary managed portfolio to client's account.

(3) Decrease in deemed interest by virtue of Section 4(4) of the SFA

In a series of transactions from 27 August 2012 to 30 August 2012, Hwang Investment Management Berhad sold 6,243,000 Stapled Securities on the open market.

DBS Bank Ltd has an interest of more than 20% in Hwang Investment Management Berhad. Accordingly, DBS Bank Ltd is deemed to have an interest in the Stapled Securities held by Hwang Investment Management Berhad.

DBS Bank Ltd., Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte. and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch are the Joint Financial Advisers, Global Coordinators and Issue Managers for the Offering.
