Ltd. (the "REIT Manager"), as manager of Far East H-REIT, for the payment of base management fee at an issue price of approximately S$0.6092 per stapled security for the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025.

The issue price per stapled security was based on the volume weighted average price for a stapled security for all trades on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the last ten (10) business days of the relevant period in which the fees accrue.

The REIT Manager has elected to receive 60% of its management fee in stapled securities in Far East H-Trust for the quarter ended 30 September 2025.

With the above-mentioned issue of new stapled securities, the REIT Manager holds an aggregate of 157,275,923 or 7.67% of Far East H-Trust stapled securities and the total number of Far East H-Trust stapled securities in issue is 2,051,141,585 as at the date of this announcement.

Ltd. (the "REIT Manager"), as manager of Far East H-REIT, for the payment of :

(i) base management fee for the quarter ended 31 March 2025 at an issue price of approximately S$0.5696 per stapled security; and
(ii) performance management fee for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 at an issue price of approximately S$0.6033 per stapled security.

The issue price per stapled security was based on the volume weighted average price for a stapled security for all trades on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the last ten (10) business days of the relevant period in which the fees accrue.

The REIT Manager has elected to receive 60% of its performance management fees in stapled securities in Far East H-Trust for the financial year ended 2024 and 60% of its base management fees in stapled securities in Far East H-Trust for the quarter ended 31 March 2025.

With the above-mentioned issue of new stapled securities, the REIT Manager holds an aggregate of 154,294,560 or 7.63% of Far East H-Trust stapled securities and the total number of Far East H-Trust stapled securities in issue is 2,021,648,182 as at the date of this announcement.

B. The percentage before and after the change was computed based on 2,016,476,607 stapled securities in issue as at 22 April 2025 and 2,021,648,182 stapled securities in issue as at the date of this announcement respectively.

Ltd. (the "REIT Manager"), as manager of Far East H-REIT, for the payment of base management fee at an issue price of approximately S$0.6033 per stapled security for the period from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024.
