The REIT Manager sources and acquires assets from third parties and the Sponsor, focusing on those that provide attractive cash flows and yields to enhance the returns and improve opportunities for future income and capital growth.

For capital and risk management, the REIT Manager endeavours to maintain a strong balance sheet with diversified funding sources. It seeks to optimise its cost of debt financing and utilise interest hedging strategies to reduce exposure to market volatility and employ an appropriate mix of debt and equity to finance acquisitions.

These efforts are fundamental to the objective of generating better performance and returns from the portfolio to deliver value to the Stapled Securityholders.
