(b) the advanced distribution for the period from 1 July 2025 to 19 August 2025 (the "Advanced Distribution").
Additional Text The 1HFY2025 Distribution comprises:

(a) A taxable income distribution of 1.51 Singapore cents per Stapled Security; and
(b) An other gains distribution of 0.27 Singapore cents per Stapled Security.
Additional Text The Advanced Distribution comprises a taxable income distribution of 0.47 Singapore cents per Stapled Security.
Taxation Conditions Tax will be deducted at source from the taxable income component of the distribution in certain circumstance. Please see attached.
