The Estate of the late Mr Ng Teng Fong (“the Estate”) is deemed to be interested in 449,715,963 Stapled Securities held by Golden Development Private Limited, 196,396,847 Stapled Securities held by Far East Organization Centre Pte. Ltd., and 138,885,731 Stapled Securities held by FEO Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. by virtue of the Estate having:-

    2. Riverland Pte Ltd has a direct interest in 86,499,632 Stapled Securities. Madam Tan Kim Choo has an interest of more than 20% in F.E. Holdings Pte Ltd, which in turn has a controlling interest in Victory Realty Co Private Ltd, which in turn has a controlling interest in Riverland Pte Ltd.

    3. FEO Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. has a direct interest in 138,885,731 Stapled Securities. Madam Tan Kim Choo has an interest of more than 20% in Far East Organization Pte.
