Ltd. holds a 100% direct interest in Golden Landmark Pte Ltd. F. E. Holdings Pte. Ltd. also holds a 100% direct interest in Victory Realty Co Private Ltd, which in turn holds a 100% direct interest in Riverland Pte Ltd. Mdm Tan Kim Choo holds a 50.0% direct interest in F. E.
