A. On 27 January 2025, a total of 1,806,353 stapled securities in Far East Hospitality Trust ("Far East H-Trust"), each stapled security comprising one unit in Far East Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("Far East H-REIT") and one unit in Far East Hospitality Business Trust ("Far East H-BT") have been credited to the accounts of FEO Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (the "REIT Manager"), as manager of Far East H-REIT, for the payment of base management fee at an issue price of approximately S$0.6033 per stapled security for the period from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024.

The issue price per stapled security was based on the volume weighted average price for a stapled security for all trades on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the last ten (10) business days of the relevant period in which the fees accrue.

The REIT Manager has elected to receive 60% of its management fees in stapled securities in Far East H-Trust for the quarter ended 31 December 2024.

With the above-mentioned issue of new stapled securities, the REIT Manager holds an aggregate of 149,345,264 or 7.41% of Far East H-Trust stapled securities and the total number of Far East H-Trust stapled securities in issue is 2,016,476,607 as at the date of this announcement.

B. The percentage before and after the change was computed based on 2,014,670,254 stapled securities in issue as at 28 October 2024 and 2,016,476,607 stapled securities in issue as at the date of this announcement respectively.
